The team was required to create a construction cost estimate for the entire project and designs proposed in the area near Canoe Brook Golf Course. To do this task, the team planned out and researched everything that would be required to complete the construction. After thorough analysis, the team found price estimates for the workforce required and their hours on site, the various equipment needed, as well as the estimates for the several proposed designs. In total, along with the overhead and fixed fees, the final cost estimate came out to be approximately $2.9 million dollars.
